You can take a bus to Lanshan from East Bus Station near Main Railway Station. It costs around CNY 10, and takes about 40 minutes. Upon arrival, take a taxi to the port for about CNY 10.

If by direct taxi, the fare may be CNY 70-80 (about 40 minutes) in usual time.
