Why were bags along with portable cell phone charger confiscated in Beijing?

ReplyAs I know, cell phone chargers are allowed to take either in checked or carry-on luggage.
I wonder if you are talking about power bank. If so, I assume you must have put it into checked luggage. According to the rules, power bank can only be taken in carry-on luggage, or it will be confiscated.00Reply
