i want to marry a chinese girl, can i get single status paper in chinain india?

I am going to marry chinese hunan girl, I am in bombay now, my hometown is too far away, and if i go back hometown to get single status paper, it will be taking longer time. so i wonder if there is indian embassy in Beijing, shanghai or guangzhou where i can get same certificate within like one week's time?  thanks

Jena, you cannot get it in PRC, and you should get it in India. You can ask your family member to get a single status certificate issued by the local marriage registration department in your hometown, and then mail it to you. After, you need to get it notarized by the ministry of foreign affairs of India, and then get it attested by the embassy of PRC in India. In this way, your single status certificate can be used for your marriage registration in PRC.
