New traffic policy in Hongqiao Airport T1?

May I know if any new policy for airport pick up of Hongqiao airport Terminal 1? Heard that car is not allowed to wait for passenger at Terminal 1. Is it true? How can we pick up guest if landing at Terminal 1? Please advise, thank you.

As I know, you can park the car at P6 or P7 at T1, and wait for passengers.
