About:Taipei Transportation

hi there, can i check how to get to Hua Lian & Sun Moon Lake from Taipei early morning?

is it by bullet train? pls advie. tks.

To Hualien, you can take an ordinary train to reach from Taipei.

To Sun Moon Lake, you can take a bullet train to Taichung from Taipei (about 1 hour). Upon arrival, take a bus to the lake (about 1.5 hours).

Yes, you can take a train to Taichung from Hualien. Then, take a bus to the lake from Taichung Railway Station, HSR Taichung Station, or Taichung Gancheng Station. :)
