Thanks again for the tips.  Can we buy items from craft stores to rub the lines off?  Someone recommended that flooring polishing might work.  Is it too risky?

Well, you can buy the tools to rub it off by yourself. But you’d better let the professional craftsman do it, for it is a precision work. Polishing it can only make the surface of the jade smoother. It won’t rub down the dulge.
