Am a Zambian married to a south African,waiting for my citizenship and i would like to visit friend

A Friend in china, where do I get the visa or do I need it, and for how long can stay in there

You can apply for a tourist L type to enter PRC to visit your friend. And usually, a tourist L type can allow you to stay in PRC for 30 days. You can ask your friend to issue an invitation letter to you. And then you can prepare the required documents including your passport and its photocopy, the application form, a passport-style photo, your entry permit to South Africa, and the invitation letter. Afterwards, hand in the application to the CVASC in Johannesburg or Durban to apply for it.
