Hi, I'm planning to visit on the 19th-26/27th September. Is that a good time？I heard there will be typhoons so I would like to find out more insider information regarding how severe the typhoon may be like. I'm planning to visit Taipei, Taichung, and probably Hua lien too. Thanks in advance!
