portable wifiprepaid sim card better?

Which one better we use for our vacation, portable wifi or prepaid sim card?we stayed only about 10 days but we have about 5 devices, can we open path,line or whatsapp? Thanks

For light traveling, prepaid SIM card with internet access is fine. But if you will use internet quite often, the protable WIFI can be nice choices. And the apps you mentioned work well in China.
