About:Xian Travel

From Malaysia transit via Guangzhou to Xian (China Southern Airline)

The procedure says "Get off the plane → Report to airport transfer desk → Wait for boarding in Departure Hall". Where can I find the airport transfer desk and do I need to unload and check-in my luggage again? What exactly do I need to do at the airport transfer desk?
