Chinese Residence Permit and Working Permit

Hey, I wanna ask you. I studied in PRC and got Bachelor Degree, had worked for seven months and my visa now is a Business (F) type. Is it possible to change my F type to a Residence Permit? What are the requirements for the Residence Permit and for the Working Permit? Thanks!

You should apply for a work Z type. In this case, you can apply for the residence permit.
You should first ask your employer to get the work permit and invitation letter of a duly authorized unit for you. And then along with other basic documents include your passport, the application form, a passport-style photo, temporary accommodation registration form, you can convert your business F type to work Z type.
After you get the work Z type, your company will apply for the residence permit for you. The required documents contain your passport, the application form, a passport-style photo, Valid Registration Form of Temporary Residence, medical report, and the company’s business license, and the work permit.

Thanks so much, it is really helpful.
Ah ya, one more question please. After I get the visa and working permit, what should I do with the taxation? How to count and collect the tax? I don't understand about this actually.
