About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

If I fly from bangkok directly to shanghai and then come back to bangkok with a flight touching down

If I fly from bangkok directly to shanghai and then come back to bangkok with a flight touching down in hong kong is this ok for a 144 hour free visa?

Nicci, the travel route is eligible for the 144 hour free transit, but if you hold Thailand passport, you cannot enjoy the 144 hour free transit.
