What's winter like in Qingdao December?

I have been to Beijing and Chengde so I am am well prepared for the cold- but what's the major differences for fellow Chinese travellers in regards to the cold?

Well, the temperature may range from 25 F to 50 F in that month. There may have mainly sunny and cloudy days. You can decide the clothes according to the temperature. Maybe some tourists from tropical countries would feel so cold. This may be a reason why there exists the major differences.
