About:Year of the Dog

Profession:I was born at 2:50 am (EST) on February 11, 1970.

I am currently a legal secretary but have had visions of becoming a writer. Recently, I was inspired by a dream to begin a completely different business (where I could help immigrant women realize their corporate goals in the US). I am afraid of going forward with this as I am also a single mother with a teenage son. Do you have any advice?

My astrological advice to you is: wait this year and next year, and don’t try to realize your dream just yet. These two fire years have the potential to melt the metal. Having your Jupiter in your 11th house you have dreams of achievement. Being a legal secretary is an accomplishment in itself. Wait until 2018 and if by that time your dream is still there, try to implement it then. Because you have Uranus in your 10th house of your profession, it will cause you to feel changing your field of work all the time. At the moment transiting Uranus conjuncts your natal Mars, in your 4th house, so you feel an itch to change even your residence. Your native Venus was in the 3rd House. You have an intellectual appreciation of art, cultural pursuits and literature. You are talented to communicate scholarly assessment on these subjects, orally and in writing. Looking at your chart, I have to point out to you that although you are gifted, it will be hard for you to have your own business, as your sun is weak.

Hi Peter,

I've been dealing with these thoughts that created some anxiety and stress within me lately, so I decide to reach out for advises now.
I met my ex-girlfriend in Vietnam last year during a long trip. We were soulmates, even she admitted it more than me, I found deep connections with her. We were passionate and had a great relationship, then I had to leave the country and go back to Canada due to obligations (insurance, papers, work). So we had no choice but to maintain a long distance relationship, with its ups & downs, until I moved to France for work.. And I also planned to go see her in Vietnam this summer. It was fine until she couldn't get the visa to come see me in France, everything crumbled from there. So she met another man and fell into it, as she's psychologically weak, she couldn't handle our situation. I guess she found a temporary "replacement" (that's only my opinion), I don't know. So we broke up.

So my questions/thoughts now are :
Is she the right one for me ?
Did I make the right choice to leave her for my work ?
What will be next for me ?

I was born in Hau-Giang, Vietnam on May-11th 1982 at 6:30AM. She was born on January-05th 1988 in Hanoi.
Any thoughts/suggestions are warmly welcome ...

Hi Chanh,
Last year (Wood Goat) was inauspicious year for you, at finding a life-spouse.
