About:China Train

Is there a Train Pass like Japan JR Pass or Eurail Pass for visitors? One Pass unlimited rides.

if not, is there a plan to introduce such Pass in near future?

There is a kind of rail pass but not for unlimited rides. It is a perpiad card and only support for appointed routes like Shanghai-Hangzhou, Shanghai-Nanjing, Guangzhou-Zhuhai etc. It is not recommended to use that unless you travel on these routes very often.
