May I take my dog with me on the train in Guangzhou?

I have a dog that weighs 15 pounds -- he is an emotional support dog.

As I know, only guide-dogs for the blind are allowed to take the subway in this city. In addition, several related certificates are required, such as birth and adoption certificates of the dog.
