Chinese visa fee for Pakistani national in third country

Does the Chinese entry permit fee waiver for Pakistani nationals also apply in case of application in third country or not?

Ali, it also applies if you apply for it in a third country. But if you apply for it through the CVASC, or you require an express service, it charges the service fee or the extra express fee.
