You may fly to Qingdao from HKIA (about 3 hours). Upon arrival, take a bus to Rizhao (about 2 hours). The buses are scheduled at 10:00, 11:30, 13:00, 14:00, 15:00, 16:00, 17:00, 18:00, 19:00, 20:30, and 22:00. :)
