I Need working visa (Z) Easy, Cheap way solution

Dear Consultant ,

i am from Karachi Pakistan, in Yiwu china the consultant company give me Easy and cheap way solution for working Z type for china for one year

He give me this Cheap and Easy way for Working Z type/
Is it true sir ? pls i need guideline , because i do not know ? i had not been to PRC before

Way Two: PAKISTAN COMPANY+CHINESE FRIEND
Price: 13000RMB;
Time: 1.5-2months

Documents needed from PAKISTAN COMPANY
A. Pakistan Company Business License
B. Pakistan Company Bank Letter
Those 2 documents need get two very important stamps(Stamp one: NOTARY PUBLIC STAMP from Pakistan ; Stamp two: PRC Embassy Stamp from Pakistan ;)

Documents needed from CHINESE PERSON
ID card copy is enough;

Step 1: Prepare documents from Pakistan, and also Documents about House in Yiwu;
Step 2: Register Cooperation Company;
Step 3: Apply Z invitation letter (need SCHOOL GRADUATE CERTIFICATE, which should get PRC Embassy Stamp)
Step 4: Apply Z type in PRC embassy in Pakistan (for u in Karachi )
Step 5: Come to Yiwu with Z type, and we’ll change Z type into Residence Permit.

Based on what I know, if you apply for the work Z type in Pakistan, it is free of charge. If you have found a job in PRC, your employer can get you the alien employment permit and invitation letter of a duly authorized unit and these two documents are also free of charge. And then you can submit the required documents including your passport and its copy, the application form, a passport-style photo, alien employment permit and invitation letter of a duly authorized unit as well as medical report to apply for the work Z type. So it cannot cost CNY 13,000.

When you go to PRC with work Z type and apply for the temporary residence permit, it costs CNY 400 if the residence permit is not valid for one year and it costs for CNY 800 for residence permit valid for one year.
