U must refer to the sofitel hyland hotel. Well, Halal food is available nearby. I happen to know two restos within walking distance:
1. Yershari Xinjiang Food at 7F, Bailian Shimao International Plaza, No, 819, East Nanjing Road
2. Amir Restaurant at 2F, New World Leisure Harbour, No. 479, East Nanjing Road.
