I suggest you take high-speed train G1501 1003/1903 from Shanghai to Guilin and stay overnight in the city. On the next morning, you can take taxi to Zhujiang pier for cruise to Yangshuo. As for cave, do you mean the Reed Flute Cave? If yes, the bus no. 3 or 213 can take you to the cave. For Longsheng Rice Terraces, you may take regular bus at Guilin Qintan Bus Station to Longsheng and then change to another tourism bus to the scenic spot. The bus ride takes more than 2 hours.

I think taking taxi is the best and covenient way in Guilin as the city is very small. It is better to book the cruise ticket with your hotel beforehand.
