About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

US citizen Eligible on Return home?

Hello. I am a US Citizen/ Hold a USA passport.... On my return home I stop in Beijing for 9 hours befor catching my flight home, and I eligible?

Bangkok>Beijing>US (San Francisco)
