What are some achivments/accomplishments of the Shang Dynasty?

1. The earliest character of China, oracle bone script, was invented during that time;
2. The technique of producing bronze ware became mature and entered a period of splendor of the day;
3. During the reign of the state, a year was firstly divided into 12 month with some of 30 days and the other of 29days. There would be an extra month every 4 years. It is quite similar of the calendar we used today.
