About:China Visa Exemption

Can I go outside the airport in China?

I will go to the Philippines with my Czech husband and son. I have a Philippine passport and a permanent residence permit in Czech Republic. We will have 22hrs. transit in Shanghai. Do we/I need to get visa?

Thank you!

No, you don't need it and you are allowed to get out of the airport. A temporary stay permit is required to leave the airport. You can apply for it at the immigration counter of the airport.
