new policy on 2 years experience ?

Hi

I would like to confirm that China has a new policy where fresh graduates do not need the 2 years work experience in order to apply for a Z visa , is that true ?

Shahzaib, yes, it’s true, but it is only applicable for those who graduate from the universities in Shanghai and acquire the master's degree or above degree.

Or if you start a business in Beijing or Shanghai after graduation, even though you don’t have 2- year work experience, it’s also possible for you to get the work Z type.

In shanghai even you do business and opened a company, you also need the 2-years experience to apply for work Z type. Thanks
