Transport from Harbin Airport

Hi, I'm going in about a week's time and would like to know what's the best from international airport to my hotel Kempinski Hotel and how much would I expect to pay?

You may take airport shuttle bus line 3 to Guxiang Station for CNY20 per person. Then, take a taxi to the hotel directly. The cab fare is about CNY30 in the day time.
