i'm holder  iranian passport and i am student in philippine, one time in philippine (around 2 years ago ) i apply for HK visa, and i gave to embassy all requirment  the told me the process it take more than one months or more , i want know is it true? i will apply again for this months, if realy I cant get HK entry permit pls let me know. tnx

Samira, yes, it’s true. After you submit the application to the embassy, your application may be transferred to HK immigration department, in this case, it usually takes 4 – 6 weeks.
