About:Marriage Registration in China
My lady was born in China is now citizen of USA. I being American can we get married in PRC?

ReplyIf you want to ger married in PRC, one of you must have a residence permit (not have to be the permanent one) of PRC. So that you can register your marriage there.00Reply
