Anna, you should apply for a tourist L type and prepare those materials including the application form attached with a passport-style photo, your passport and copy of its data page, round trip air tickets and accommodation booking record. Afterwards, submit your application to the embassy of PRC to apply for it. It costs 1,300 hryvnia for each of you.
