Tanvir, you need to prepare those papers containing your passport and copy of its data page, a copy of your previous entry permit to PRC, the application form and a passport-style photo, the invitation letter from a duly authorized unit in PRC, the business license of your company, your bank savings account and round trip air tickets. Afterwards, submit your application to the embassy of PRC to apply for it.
