shopping for souveniers in Guangzhou

1. I am staying at the fortune hotel on tianhe rd, where is the nearest district or road to shop for souvenirs? I am interested in clothes, unique goods that boast the culture of the city.
2. after several days wondering around town, it would be fantastic if I could find a family massage parlor that is not from the hotel or malls or some places to unwind and get myself a good relaxing massage as my legs are sore and back aching with all the walking :-) are there any on beijing lu?
