About:China Work Visa

Working in a kitchen on a work visa?

I am interested in coming to China ( Hong Kong) to work in a professional kitchen. I have a little over an year experience in a restaurant kitchen. Am I eligible for any types of entry permit since I'm not considered skilled labor?

Nikolay, if you plan to go to HK to work, you can apply for a work type entry permit as an imported worker. If you don't have a bachelor's degree and at two years of work experience, it's difficult to get the work permit for mainland PRC.
