A widely know king of this kingdom should be the last one, Zhou. He is notorious in people's mind even in today. He neglected the state affairs and spent most of a day with his concubines. In order to fulfill his luxury needs, a lot of taxes were imposed and put his people into extremely poor life because of that.
There is no wonder that the kingdom would be overturned during his reign.2
