About:Chinese Embassy in Ghana

Am Sham, my passport will expire in October, can i apply for my visa by April ending?

When you apply for it, your passport must have a at least 6-month remaining validity. So if your passport meets that requirement, you can apply for it. Otherwise, you should renew your passport first and then apply for it.
