i am on resident permit, i was wondering if i can apply for HK or MACAU entry permit from the mainland?

Hi there! Yes, you can apply for the visas to Macau and HK from mainland PRC and you should apply for it from the Beijing Office of Macau SAR government and Beijing Office from HK SAR government.
