One way ticket

Hi,

I am flying to Shanghai in May, but due to the flight timing, I am booking Malaysia Airline to Shanghai and taking Shanghai Airline back to Malaysia.

When I was trying to book the ticket, it shows that I will need student visa, working permit or some other sorts of visas in order to book one way ticket.

Can I not use my visitor entry permit and book one way ticket?

You can use your visitor entry permit (L type I think) to buy one way ticket.
