1. Take a bullet train to Putian from Quanzhou Railway Station (about 25 minutes). Next, take a taxi to Wenjia Wharf. It costs CNY 80 to 100 in usual time. Afterwards, take a ferry to the island. 2. Yes, you can visit the temple within one day. :)
