About:Meizhou Island and Guanghua Temple

What is the best way to get from Quanzhou to Meizhou Island?

Can the visit to the temple be done in one day or is it recommended to do an overnight trip?

1. Take a bullet train to Putian from Quanzhou Railway Station (about 25 minutes). Next, take a taxi to Wenjia Wharf. It costs CNY 80 to 100 in usual time. Afterwards, take a ferry to the island.
2. Yes, you can visit the temple within one day. :)
