taking bus from zhangjiajie to fenghuang

Question

We plan to take the bus from Zhangjiajie to Fenghuang. Is there a way to buy bus tickets ahead of time or is it better to buy at the ticket office the day of departure?  What is the contact info for the bus ticket office?

I know there are buses to Fenghuang at 8:30, 9:30, 12:30, 14:30, 15:30 and 17:20 but not sure how to buy it in advance. You may try to buy it from the bus center (near railway station). You may also try to go by rail to Jishou first and then bus from Jishou to Fenghuang.
