what is the requirements of malayasia vist visa for pakistan passport holder in china

The requirements can be as follows:
1. The application form attached with a recent photo
2. Your passport
3. Your residence permit in PRC
4. The return ticket
5. Yellow Fever Certification. (if required)
6. And other documents required by the consular officers.
