Hello! The ticket can be cancelled before departure at the railway station. If you haven't collect it yet, it can be cancelled online before the deadline, more than 30min in advance. So you would need to contact the website you used for booking beforehand. There will be cancellation fee caused and different from each website. You can contact them in details.0
