What is morning schedule of the Yichang to Wushan/Fengjie hydrofoil at summer 2016?

For all I know, the hydrofoil has stopped for a year. You may change your plan by taking a cruise ship to get to Fengjie. I remember that the timetable of the cruise is 10:00 in the morning.
