Is there a outlet in the Guangzhou Airport Arrivals Hall to get a China Unicom prepaid SIM Card?

If so, what are the charges please?

I heard that the card can be bought at the 7 Eleven Convenient Store, Arrival Area A or Arrival Area B.
As I know, the card costs CNY 50 to 100 because there are several types. You can consult more detailed information when you arriving there.
