will cowboy boots do in harbin's winter?

I will be in there on December. I already owned a pair of cowboy boots, I wonder if it will handle the snow there?

I am afraid that cowboy boots will not suffice. It is bitter cold in December. You are advised to take snow boots, down jackets, thick sweaters, thermal wear, scarves, masks, gloves, etc. In a word, keep warm and have fun! :)
