Hi, my package tracking says "Arrive export exchange" what does this mean?

my tracking number is 02910764121

That means your package has been sent to the customs and it's now going through the checking procedure.

It has been there form the 4th of april, thats
More that 2 weeks. How do i knw when my package has been sent?

I've got the same searching result with Mr. MEP6677. The status has not been updated since Apr. 7th. Maybe you should contact the deliver agency to find out the lastest information.
