Foreigners Employment Permit issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of the PRC.)Does anyone know what resources are we required to provide for this work permit application? Because the company keeps insisting that it requires my original passport to be sent to China to apply for permits and duly authorized unit invitation letter.

Elyn, I don't think your original passport will be required. A copy of it is fine.
