what steps i should do..can i  get the visit visa or study visa for spain

you can apply for a tourist visa to visit your father in Spain. Step one: prepare the required documents including your passport and copy of its data page, your residence permit in PRC, the application form, a recently-taken color photo, travel insurance, proof of your financial support, round trip air tickets, accommodation arrangement, and proof of your travel purpose. Step two: submit your application to the embassy of Spain to apply for it.
