They stop for sale 20min before the departure and in fact it is better to get there early in advance since the immigration check start about 45min in advance. It would be safer to have some cash in HKD with you. Do you mean MTR station Kowloon? In fact, for this trip, you may choose to walk to Austin first and then go for Hung Hom by MTR, the first ride would be around 6:15am.
