Do we have a free shuttle bus from HKIA to our Best Western Grand Hotel ?

Oh, there is no direct free shuttle bus.
So you are suggested to take AE to get to Kowloon Station first. Then take the free shutte bus line K4 to arrive at Empire Hotel Kowloon • Tsim Sha Tsui. After arriving, walk northwest around 280 yards (250 meters) to find the destination.
Note: Only AE passengers can enjoy the free shuttle bus service.0
