About:Chinese Consulate in Chicago

visa name change

I have a new passport because my name changed when I became married. My Chinese visa is still valid but it is in my maiden name. Should I bring my old passport, my marriage certificate and my new passport when I travel to China?

Gina, because your name has changed, you cannot travel with both your old and new passports to travel. So you should apply for a new visa to PRC.
