do we need to submit two visa application forms?

Hello ...plz let me know that if me n my husbamd want to go HK for tourism, do we both have to send application forms separately or just my husband would have to send it with documents required?

Mariam, you two should fill out two application forms separately and prepare two sets of applications. Afterwards, you two can send the applications to HK together.
